1. Service Description

SepticPumpOutNearMe.com.au is an independent referral platform that connects customers with local septic tank pump-out service providers. We do not directly perform septic services ourselves.

2. Quote Requests

By submitting your details, you agree to be contacted by one or more third-party service providers to arrange your septic pump-out.
We do not guarantee the lowest price or the availability of service providers in all areas.

3. Payments

Some services may require upfront payment through our platform. In such cases:

  • We collect payment on behalf of a third-party contractor.

  • We deduct a service fee and forward the job to the provider.

  • All pricing includes GST unless otherwise stated.

If the provider finds unforeseen issues that increase the job cost, we may contact you before continuing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a booking by emailing us at hello@septicpumpoutnearme.com.au at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds are at our discretion and may be reduced by processing or admin fees.

If the contractor arrives and the job cannot proceed due to access or incorrect information, you may be charged a call-out fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the workmanship, conduct, delays, or pricing of any third-party service provider. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the provider who performs the work.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for a job. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.

6. User Responsibilities

You must:

  • Provide accurate property and contact information

  • Ensure access to the tank on the day of service

  • Notify us of any special conditions (locked gates, animals, etc.)

7. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
